A lot of trademark printing will be involved, and the color used by many enterprises' trademarks is not one of the primary colors of printing ink yellow, magenta, cyan and black, which often needs to be superimposed with two or more primary colors to achieve, while the use of spot color can be simpler and more stable, because the stability of multi-color overprint effect depends on the stability of each color superimposed. finally, the use of spot color can solve many difficult problems, such as small anti white words and thin lines. Anti white words are widely used in all kinds of packaging products, but small anti white words bring great difficulty to overprint. After using spot color, this problem is solved, and there is no overprint problem. For another example, large areas are flat, especially the colors close to neutral gray, such as blue gray, gray green, gray brown, etc., overprint with primary color ink often has a series of problems such as ink bars, color deviation, etc., and the use of spot color printing can well solve similar problems. flexo printing has another advantage for packaging design. Its thin line printing effect is very clear, and the ink color is full. In addition to a large number of spot colors, the design of packaging also has a feature that it requires a large number of thin lines and small characters. On the one hand, it can provide users with necessary information, such as origin, date, description, etc., on the other hand, it plays a good decorative role. The thin lines of flexo printing can be printed thinner than the alignment line, and small characters can be printed with words below 4PT font size, and the strokes are clear. For example, the neck label of Maijia beer (original large picture) has many thin lines, complex structure and high definition requirements. When offset printing is used, such small words and lines are easy to break, and the ink color is not thick enough, which can be avoided by flexo printing, which fully shows the advantages of thin lines and fully meets the requirements of gb16491 (1) 996 for the experimental machine

the traditional view is that flexo printing has certain defects in the level performance, which is not suitable for printing manuscripts with rich levels, but this is not absolute.
